Important Information
How do I secure my booking?
A deposit is required. It’s $30 for single appointments and $30 per person for group bookings. For weekday appointments, the full payment is needed as a non-refundable deposit. Please confirm availability before sending the deposit via email to makeupbyhbq@outlook.com
Do you offer mobile services?
Yes, mobile services are available. A travel fee applies ($30 minimum or $2.25/KM from M9V 5C2, one way). Clients cover any parking costs or location fees. The artist arrives 10-15 minutes early for setup. Please provide the full address, unit, buzz and contact details.
What if I am late for my appointment?
How should I prepare for my makeup appointment?
Please exfoliate and moisturize your skin the night before
Arrive with a clean face. Avoid wearing clothes with a tight neckline, as it may disturb or smudge your makeup when changing afterward.
Full payment for makeup services is required at the start of the appointment. Please ensure payment is completed before the session begins.
